What Do We Do On This Tour?

Our popular Palo Verde Tour takes you through the biodiversity of the Arenal Tempisque Conservation Area, a natural area of 45,492 acres.

In this tour you will see the sugar cane and melon fields of this part of central Guanacaste, as well as the many iguanas that call it home.

Our expert guide accompanies you on a boat ride on the Tempisque River and points out the diversity of wildlife that live freely in this protected area, including crocodiles, monkeys, brightly colored parrots and many other birds that you can enjoy and photograph from a safe and comfortable environment.
